Centra Cares and Tour de Cure in 2024

Tour de Cure is gearing up for another exhilarating two-day ride on August 24th and 25th, 2024. More than 2000 cyclists will trek from Cloverdale to Hope, raising funds for the fight against cancer. Centra Cares is proud to once again sponsor Team CTV, and one of our Window Geeks headed on over to the Tour de Cure office to talk about why this is such an important cause for us.

Centra Employee Owner Chris Chatterton joined the team himself for Tour de Cure 2023. The team’s valiant effort raised $77,000 last year, adding to CTV’s impressive overall running total of over $1,700,000! They’re hoping to do even better this year, and it’s the same for Tour de Cure as a whole – which in 2023 raised a whopping $7,100,000!

Centra is proud of our Employee Owners and their efforts to give, and we continue to encourage them to nominate causes close to their hearts. Everyone has been affected by cancer in some way, and that’s no different for the Centra Family. We will continue to support the fight, and would encourage anyone interested in doing so to consider signing up for Tour de Cure.
