The Experience of Saving Time & Money

Budgeting

We’ve all been in a scenario where we looked at something and said “is it worth the extra money?

There have been plenty of times where we haven’t spent the extra money and later realized that we should have invested for quality and the savings weren't worth it. The problem is that if a product fails in the construction industry, it means it costs significant money and time.

When it comes to construction, this will show itself as maintenance on a project long-term. With the most expensive maintenance aspect of a building being the trim and caulking around windows, this can be incredibly costly, especially when it comes to a long-term hold. Windows are a product where paying a little more may be worth a lot. Our team at Centra Windows continues to create new ideas.

The Experience Series

With our experience in manufacturing and installation of windows, paired with our history of installing siding, we have developed a product line that solves these issues. This product, otherwise known as the Experience Series, is intended to lower immediate costs, speed up installation, and greatly reduce maintenance costs on all types of projects.

The Experience Series window is designed to allow for quicker and easier installation of siding on a multi-family project or a single-family home.  It acts as J-trim, similar to vinyl siding, but for multiple types of cladding systems including metal panels, fibre cement siding, vinyl siding, brick, and much more.  While decreasing the necessary time for install is important and will save money on your siding contract, the product is also intended to reduce the amount of material used as well.  By eliminating the need for rod and caulk, as well as extra flashing, your costs are greatly reduced. If the design criteria includes narrow trim, your cost savings will increase. Eliminating the need for wood or fibre-cement trim, by simply using the window frame itself.  Though initial costs of an Experience Series window may be slightly higher, the reduction of material and quicker installation will translate into cost savings for the project.

It doesn’t stop with installations and materials.

Something that isn’t an immediate thought for the long-term success of either your customer, yourselves or a homeowner is maintenance. Overall costs of maintenance on any project continue to rise year every year, to the point they can become debilitating for a business or homeowner.  The most costly maintenance item on any residence is trim and caulking.  The more windows you have, the more this is going to cost in the long run. Windows aren’t coming off the building any time soon.  When you have caulking on a project, it’s not a matter of if it will fail, but when it will fail.  This is unfortunately an item that fails soon and often. What would the long-term savings on a project look like for you? Would you save on property insurance as a strata?  Would you have peace of mind as a homeowner?

When it comes time to do your next project, consider how the Centra Windows Experience Series can help save on your overall budget and long-term maintenance. Contact Centra Windows and learn how you can enjoy the experience of saving.
