What’s the Job?

As our Customer Care Receptionist, you’re not just answering calls and greeting guests; you’re the ultimate host, problem-solver, scheduler, and behind-the-scenes organizer who keeps things running smoothly. You’ll set the tone for every interaction, ensuring both customers and colleagues feel supported from the moment they walk through the door or pick up the phone.

• Own the front desk – Greet visitors with warmth, professionalism, and energy that makes them feel welcome the moment they arrive
• Be the hub of communication – Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and ensure inquiries are handled with speed and accuracy
• Manage schedules like a pro – Coordinate appointments, optimize sales team calendars, and keep everything running like a well-oiled machine
• Supercharge the customer experience – Build relationships, gather high-value information, and follow up with leads to drive business success
• Master the details – Keep Centra’s CRM database immaculate with precise data entry and seamless organization
• Run your domain like a business – Take ownership, look for efficiencies, and make continuous improvements to keep things streamlined
• Be the glue that holds the team together – Support the Customer Care team and Outside Sales Representatives with essential administrative duties
• Stay ahead of the game – Keep supplies stocked, paperwork organized, and the front office looking flawless

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in a Receptionist, Administrative, or Customer Care role
• 1+ years of data entry experience
• A natural people-person – You thrive on interaction and can turn any conversation into a positive experience
• Ultra-organized and detail-obsessed – You love structure, process, and efficiency
• Self-directed and proactive – You see what needs to be done and take initiative before anyone asks
• A multi-tasking ninja – Juggling multiple priorities while staying cool under pressure is second nature to you
• A growth mindset – You’re always looking for ways to improve and aren’t afraid of change
