The Role:

As a Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing warranty issues related to our windows and doors. This includes tasks such as sealed unit replacements, frame and hardware issues, and screen repairs.

Builders choose our windows because of the added value of having dedicated Field Service Technicians who promptly handle any concerns. Since many of these homes are occupied or nearing completion, exceptional customer service is essential. You will enhance the Centra brand by providing outstanding support and representation, while also reporting your field findings to help our manufacturing teams improve continuously.

Core Responsibilities:

• Travel to new construction sites to perform services and warranty work in line with Centra standards.
• Complete service tasks efficiently, prioritizing customer needs to strengthen our relationship with builders.
• Keep customers informed about the next steps to address their concerns, including any follow-up visits or resolutions.
• Transform customer issues into positive experiences, utilizing problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
• Provide detailed daily reports, including photos and notes on warranty-related items for internal review.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of carpentry experience.
• On-site glazing experience is required.
• Proficiency in window and door installation.
• Experience in hardware installation and repair.
• Strong customer service skills
