What’s the job?

We make and install the best windows in the industry. We’re so confident in our products and install that we have an amazing warranty. This means we need the best Service Technicians to service our windows and patio doors. Your job will be to enhance the Centra brand through customer service, representation of brand. This will include effectively reporting your findings in the field to support continuous growth and improvement of our Installation teams.

Core accountabilities include:

• Attend to appointments in a timely manner, ensuring customers are called if there is a delay in arriving to the service appointment on time
• Complete services and warranty work in accordance to Centra standards
• Provide feedback in the form of daily reports, pictures and detailed notes for warranty related items that need to be addressed internally through installations or manufacturing
• Complete service work in a timely manner with an attitude of optimization understanding that our customers are top priority and the more promptly we can serve them the better they will serve Centra.
• Ensure customer is always aware of the “next steps” to be taken to ensure their concerns are fully addressed (i.e. return trips, what the resolution will be)
• Ensure customers have signed off on completed work and job completions are organized and submitted on a daily basis for closing or scheduling return trips

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Carpentry experience
• Window and door installation experience a huge asset
• Working at heights (fall protection certified)
• Hardware installation and repair
