What’s the job?

The Lead Hand position is a key role within our company. You will be using your leadership skills to lead a team of carpenters/installers using your carpentry skills installing windows/doors in single family and multifamily homes.

The job tasks can be summed up as:

• Leading a small crew – making sure quality installations are executed
• Window/door installation
• Framing and decay repair
• Caulking and foaming
• Installing interior and exterior trim
• Sheathing and papering
• Be comfortable working with heights and scaffolding
• General labour

Some qualifications/assets we're looking for:

• 4+ years Carpenter experience
• Lead Experience an asset
• Window & Door Installation Experience a strong asset
• Siding installation experience a strong asset
• Drywall installation experience a strong asset
