About the Role:
As a Multi-Family Sales Representative, you’ll lead the charge in helping strata councils upgrade their properties with high-performance vinyl windows. You’ll deliver compelling sales presentations to large audiences, guiding strata councils to achieve majority votes for transformative projects. These long-term sales, often spanning over a year, require dedication, trust-building, and expert care beyond the sale.
You'll work with property managers, building managers, and strata councils to close major contracts worth $500K or more. The challenge? Navigating the unique strata environment to secure consensus and manage the intricacies of multi-family construction sales. The opportunity? A robust $200M pipeline filled with projects waiting to be closed.
